Ann
Rhoades
PRES
(PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE)
Ann is a dynamic and visionary Human
Resources Executive with over 25 years experience in a variety of
service-based industries. She held the position of Vice President of the
People Department for Southwest Airlines and Executive Vice President of
Team Services for Promus Hotel Corporation and most recently, the Executive
Vice President of People for JetBlue Airways where she currently remains as
a Board Member as well as President of People Ink, her Human Resources
consulting company.
Ann has a respected reputation in the industry for her creative approach to
creating cultures around fun and for blending cultures in merger situations.
During her tenure with Doubletree Hotels, later Promus Hotel Corporation,
she built a service culture focused on delivering outstanding service to
Guests. During the time Ann headed the People Department at Southwest
Airlines, she solidified Southwest’s reputation of retaining and hiring the
best people in the airline business despite Southwest’s rapid growth during
that time. Most recently, Ann took responsibility for the creation of
JetBlue Airways Corporation’s People Team in New York.
In her role as head of Human Resources, Ann has been a key member of the
executive team, and is extremely successful in her role as internal counsel
to executives in every discipline in the organization.
Ann is a popular speaker on the subject of customer service and how to build
a strong service culture. She has great passion for certain industries such
as healthcare where she is making a great contribution to revitalizing the
workforce and culture of our nation’s hospitals. She serves on patient
safety and quality task forces with the Texas Medical Institute of
Technology involved in setting metrics used in pay-for-performance programs
across the country. She is co-founder of CareLeaders Corporation a company
dedicated to help US hospitals attain a new level of performance. Her
community involvement includes the University of New Mexico-Robert O
Anderson School of Business National Advisory Board, and Board of Directors,
Albuquerque Community Foundation. Ann currently serves on JetBlue Airways
Corporation, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Restoration Hardware, Accion New
Mexico, and Executive Council, Brigham & Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical
School Boards and as chairwoman for Safer New Mexico Now. Ann has an MBA in
Management from the University of New Mexico.

Linde Harned
VP (VISIONARY OF PEOPLE)
Linde is a seasoned Human
Resources professional with over 20 years experience in designing and
implementing innovative employee-based programs that support business
objectives.
She has effectively
managed a variety of functions within Human Resources for major companies
including American Express, The Dial Corporation, and Doubletree Hotels
Corporation, later Promus Hotel Corporation. Her technical knowledge;
proven facilitation skills, and design expertise link human resources
programs to key business strategies. These programs include performance
management, multi-rater feedback, creative pay strategies; employee
involvement/incentive design, and executive and sales incentive design. In
addition, Linde has contributed to the success of organizations through the
design of paid time off banks and cost effective benefit programs supported
by creative communication solutions.
Linde has managed internal
human resources functional teams in company mergers. Most recently, she
designed and implemented the total pay and benefits strategy for a new
start-up airline.
Linde holds a BA from the
University of Arkansas and
an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is an
active member of WorldatWork (formerly ACA) and the Society for Human Resources Management. Linde currently
serves as an instructor for
WorldatWork seminars.

Delise Crimmins
VP (VISIONARY OF PEOPLE)
Delise has been a Human Resources professional
for over 11 years. Her energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge have helped teams
work more effectively, managers do their jobs with greater skill, and
employees perform at their peak. As a Manager of Training and Development
for Southwest Airlines, Delise developed and delivered supervisory,
management, and skills training to thousands of employees every year. Her
motivational style and knowledge created a success for the employees at
Southwest Airlines.
In addition to her
extensive background in program design, development, and delivery, Delise
also has extensive knowledge of EEO law, Employee relations and recruiting.
As the Director of Human Resources for the Ratner Group in Falls Church,
Virginia, Delise was successful in creating an employee relations strategy
for this 13,000-employee organization. She has also given numerous
presentations on EEO related topics, such as the ADA, FMLA, EEOC compliance,
harassment, and discrimination.
Delise has the ability to
communicate to people at all levels. She has worked with executives as
well as front-line employees with equal success. Delise has worked as a
consultant for the past eight years. She has worked with clients in many
industries, including banking, retail, service, aviation, and insurance, to
name a few. She has traveled across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and
Europe to work with teams and individuals. Her love of learning and
enthusiasm for her work inspire people to learn and to excel.
Delise’s success rests in her deep belief in what she does. She hopes to
create more effective teams, leaders, communicators, and companies. She
shares this commitment with her community. Her community involvement
includes being a mediator for the Dallas County Juvenile Department and a
literacy instructor for the Texas penal system. Delise is a graduate of the
University of Texas at Austin.

Sherry
Roberts
MOP (MANAGER OF PEOPLE)
After 10 years in the
People business, Sherry retired to Motherhood and Volunteer Extraordinaire!
She decided after years of growing up with her boys she would
take a break and return to the world of work as she began a career in the
customer service and accounting fields. A move back to New Mexico reunited
her with a former partner and friend and introduced her to People Ink. She
is thrilled to be back in the People business.
She has quickly sharpened her People skills
and her ability to run the office. She considers it a great accomplishment
to be able to multi-task, organize a busy calendar, arrange heavy travel,
and manage finances.

Jeff Sullivan
VP (VISIONARY OF PEOPLE)
Jeff is a proven Human
Resources executive with 15 years experience in both the service and retail
industry. He has been responsible for creating successful employee
relations and recruiting programs, cutting edge award-winning learning
systems, HR information technology and compensation and benefits design,
implementation and administration.
Most recently, Jeff was Senior Vice President for The Hair Cuttery,
America’s largest privately held salon and spa chain. Jeff had
responsibility for human resources and also was acting Chief Operating
Officer. Prior to this, Jeff was Vice President of Organizational
Development and training for Office Depot, one of America’s fastest growing
and most successful retailers. Jeff led the design of Office
Depot
University, an award winning leadership development institute. He also
spearheaded the use of cutting edge technology to create international
virtual classrooms around the world. Jeff played a leadership role in the
acquisition of ten competitor companies.
From 1983-1994, Jeff was a member of the Southwest Airlines organization
where he held positions ranging from the front line to Director of Training
and Development. Jeff played a key role in the creation of Southwest’s
University for People and designed Southwest’s hiring profiles and peer
selection system.
Jeff has performed business consulting services for a variety of
organizations including Harrah’s, Exxon, The Home Shopping Network, Hyatt
and others. Jeff holds a BA from Florida
Atlantic
University and is a commercially rated pilot.

Shelley
Wells
VP (VISIONARY OF PEOPLE)
Shelley is a multi-talented
and innovative Human Resources professional with 19 years of generalist
experience in unit, regional and corporate level positions with Doubletree
Hotels Corporation, later Promus Hotel Corporation and JetBlue Airways
Corporation.
Shelley has expertise in
all aspects of human resources, including benefits administration,
employment and recruiting, workers compensation, employee relations,
organizational analysis and development and training. She is
recognized as a strong contributor, providing strategic human
resources/operational support consistent with key business plan objectives.
She is also known to have excellent organizational skills, listening skills,
out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving skills. Shelley has the innate
ability to instill FUN in the workplace.
Some of her notable
accomplishments have been the design and implementation of a very unique
company-wide length of service program, participation in the design of a
multi-rater feedback process, serving as the Human Resources/Benefits lead
on a project team that successfully implemented a new integrated Human
Resources and Payroll system. Shelley has conducted nationwide
training on subjects such as the American’s With Disabilities Act, Sexual
Harassment, Guest Service Elements, and HR/Payroll system training.
Shelley was a key participant in the successful completion of two company
mergers, integrating best practices and demonstrating excellent
communication skills in order to blend cultures.
Shelley attended the
University of
Northern Colorado
for two years and then transferred to the Monterey Institute of
International Studies where her major was French. She also speaks
Spanish. Shelley holds her Bachelor's in Business Management from the
University of Phoenix.

Terry
"Moose"
Millard
After forty years of
experience leading people in high performance environments, Terry Moose Millard
is convinced organizational success always depends on the people. He
believes that Jim Collins was absolutely right in his book Good to Great when he
said, people are not your most important asset-the right people are.
Through his 20 year Air Force flying career, and the next fifteen years at
Southwest Airlines, he became deeply immersed in developing high
performance-high spirited cultures, first as a fighter squadron commander and
then as a check airman, employee advocate, and supervisor at Southwest Airlines.
With a bachelor's degree in business and a
master's degree in human resource management, Moose has been helping companies
achieve success since 1990. His focus in consulting and speaking
engagements has been on maximum employee engagement, colossal customer care, and
high performance-high spirited cultures. As a result of his experience,
expertise, and speaking style, Moose has become a popular nationally known
speaker on those topics.
Since the Institute for Healthcare Improvement
100,000 lives campaign in 2005, he has focused increasing attention on applying
lessons from other industries to the healthcare arena in a crusade to improve
patient outcomes, employee satisfaction, and healthcare safety. His own 17
year adventure with cancer has provided a wealth of patient perspective
experience. His relationship with PeopleInk and CareLeaders allows him to
work with highly skilled and experienced professionals in both the healthcare
and human resources fields.
Terry Moose Millard is perfectly comfortable with
both of his names, but prefers to keep the exact origins of his nickname
shrouded in the mists of history.

Julie
Brown
Julie is an innovative and strategic Human
Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in a variety of
industries such as hospitality, environmental, airlines
and food ingredients.
Her background includes single, multi-site, and international experience as
well as acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures
and start up companies.
Julie is regarded as a strategic business
partner successful at building relationships at all levels of the
organization. She has both hands on and managerial experience in the
areas of recruitment, selection, talent management, change management,
employee relations, benefit plan design, implementation and administration,
training development and delivery, employee relations, and policy
development and administration.
Some of Julie's career highlights include
successfully leading the staffing and benefits integration activities for a
newly formed joint venture, establishing a competency based selection
process and recruitment strategy that met the growth needs of the business,
implemented a company's first talent management process, planned and
orchestrated a recruitment call center for a start up company, participated
in the design of a multi-rater feedback process and led a cross functional
team that designed and implemented a companies first Technology Career
Progression and Science Fellow program.
Julie holds a BS from Southeast Missouri
State University and a Masters degree from Lindenwood University. She
is Six Sigma trained and is also an active member of the Society for Human
Resource Management and Employment Managers Association.

Gayle
Watson
An associate of People Ink, Gayle Watson
specializes in designing enterprise-wide learning systems that foster learning
communities and create a continuous learning culture for corporations. Her work
focuses on aligning values, human capital assets, and a knowledge-based
performance management system to create high performing teams. She has over 30
years experience working in and consulting to numerous enterprises including
those in international financial services, technology, customer call/contact
center, sales and service companies, and nonprofit organizations.
Watson has 12 years experience working in the financial services industry, where
she served as Vice President of Organizational Development for Bank One, Texas.
She left her corporate position in 1991 to establish her own company,
Performance Solutions, Inc., a management consulting firm that helps companies
manage high velocity growth and change by improving the return-on-investment of
human capital assets. Since 1991, Watson has been involved at the C-level in the
start-up of five companies including a software infrastructure development
company. Her most recent joint venture developed and currently markets an online
Learning Management System (LMS) product.
Watson has made presentations on a variety of topics including managing high
velocity growth, organizational change, and human capital assets. She is the
co-author of the Supervisory Training Program published by American Bankers
Association, and a contributing author to the book, Global Impact: Award Winning
Performance Programs Around the World, by Sylvia B. Odenwald and William G.
Matheny.
Watson currently serves on the board as president-elect for the National
Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and will assume duties as president
in June 2005. She also serves on the boards for the Center for Women’s Business
Research (CWBR), The International Alliance for Women (TIAW) and the NAWBO
Institute for Entrepreneurial Development. She is the recipient of several
honors including the 2001 National NAWBO Member of the Year Award and the 2000
City of Dallas Women's Business Initiative Award. She holds a bachelor’s degree
in psychology from the Southern Methodist University, in Dallas, TX.

Shannon
Mick
Shannon is a multifunctional and dynamic human
resource executive with over 15 years of experience in turnaround organizations
in industries for healthcare, education, retail and gaming enterprises. She has
been responsible for driving change by redesigning the nature of work for Human
Resources to meet company objectives.
She most recently was part of the Senior Management team that turned the
business around from a failing player to a leader in the industry. She has
designed, implemented and managed Human Resources departments, mergers and
programs by being passionate about the people and aligning decisions to the
company’s values. She has lead and facilitated Human Resources to be
service-oriented, strategic partners, and drivers of quality and fun work
environments.
Shannon has designed programs for large and small employees. Her past
experiences include leading the Human Resources as the Vice President for BTWW
Retail, leading the Compensation and Benefits for The University of New Mexico,
leading the Compensation Programs for Presbyterian Healthcare and providing
cutting edge consulting and total compensation designs to clients as a Senior
Human Resource Consultant for Valliant Consulting.
Shannon holds a BA from the University of New Mexico and an MBA from University
of Southern California. She is a graduate of the Executive Leadership program
from Stanford University and is a Certified Compensation Professional with
WorldatWork (formerly ACA). Shannon serves as a lecturer for the University of
New Mexico and is Vice Chairman for New Mexico Central Credit Union.
